The club is intentionally simple: join by the 10th, get billed on the 20th, and receive the following month's Bottle of the Month where shipping is eligible. After shipments arrive, members taste together online on the second Thursday of each month.

Founding Member Release

Join by July 10, 2026 to be recognized as a Founding Member.

Enrollment is intentionally limited to 100 members this month, giving the first national cohort a more personal launch.

Monthly Member Tasting

Every shipment is followed by a live online tasting.

On the second Thursday after members receive their bottles, Watch Hill hosts an online tasting with the story behind that month's release.
